Enjoy walking on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, just a two minute walk from our Villa. Breathwork, stretching, Feldenkrais and meditation classes will be held on the beach. Joyce will be teaching educational classes, helping you to understand anti-aging, detoxification and the purification process that our bodies will go through.

Enjoy sunrises, sunsets beach walks and pool exercise classes. Relaxation is an integral part of the healing process. Experience how living foods manifests higher consciousness.

You will be served a variety of fresh tropical organic fruits, vegetables. Energy Soup, smoothies, salads, and a selection of delectable living foods dishes.
