Ellen Livingston is the owner of Living Yoga, LLC, in Ann Arbor MI, and is a Healthy Lifestyles Advocate and Yoga Instructor. Ellen has studied extensively with top leaders in the raw food health movement, and has herself followed an all-raw vegan diet for over 6 years. |

Cricket Lott has been in raw foods for over 10 years. She studied under Victoria Boutenko at Creative Health institute and is a Health Minister with Hallelujah Acres. She teaches raw food prep in her home and hosts a monthly raw food potluck in Lansing, and lectures around the state on the topic of health and raw foods. |

Joyce Oliveto, C.N., C.N.C., C.C.T., is a dedicated and motivating teacher. Joyce has been working in the field of live foods and natural health since 1980. She is an expert on natural healing through live foods, raw juice, nutrition and internal detoxification. She has inspired thousands of people to make lifestyle changes necessary to achieve optimal health. Dr. Ann Wigmore selected Joyce to be the President of the Midwest Living Foods Association in 1986. She is a former director of the Creative Health Institute (formerly Hippocrates Midwest) in Coldwater, Michigan. |

Hiawatha Cromer completed the 3 month internship at the Creative Health Institute, was appointed to the position of Program Director and served in that capacity for 6 years. As a result of Hiawatha’s association with Creative Health Institute she felt compelled to write a book based on her experiences as Kitchen Manager, “Recipes and Instructions for the Living Foods Lifestyle.”
